Ms. Reiffenstein represents corporations engaged in Alberta’s oil, gas and chemical industries in commercial litigation proceedings. She also assists individuals and companies involved in negligence, breach of contract and product liability claims.
Background
Ms. Reiffenstein commenced her articles of clerkship with the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench in 2000. She completed her articles at a national law firm and joined Code Hunter in 2002. She has appeared before the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board, all levels of court in Alberta and the Federal Court of Canada.
