Dextin (Dex) Zucchi joined Code Hunter as an associate in 2017. He has a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on corporate commercial disputes, natural resource litigation, and government liability.
Background
Mr. Zucchi completed articles of clerkship with the Court of King’s Bench in Calgary, Alberta. As a law clerk, Mr. Zucchi worked on a wide range of civil disputes at all stages of court proceedings. Mr. Zucchi finished his articles and worked as a litigation associate at a national law firm on complex commercial matters prior to joining Code Hunter.
His areas of experience include joint venture and operatorship disputes in the oil & gas sector, offset well litigation, de facto expropriation, construction litigation, corporate defamation, and restrictive covenants.
Mr. Zucchi received his J.D. from the University of Calgary in 2015. During that time, he was on the Dean’s List and received numerous scholarships and awards in recognition of his academic and mooting achievements.
